Responsibilities:
- Building and developing a company-wide training system (sales, service, back office)
- Developing and implementing training programs tailored to real-world business challenges
- Conducting training sessions, workshops, and hands-on sessions
- Evaluating training effectiveness
- Working with managers: developing management and leadership skills
- Fostering a culture of continuous learning
Requirements:
- Understanding of L&D / T&D
- Experience developing training programs from scratch
- Ability to structure complex topics and explain them simply
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to work with diverse audiences: from operators to executives
- Experience working in telecom companies, banks, or fintech is a plus
- Understanding of customer service, sales, and operational processes
- Experience working with KPIs: NPS, SLA, sales, retention
- Experience training in fast-growing or service-oriented companies
- Understanding of how training impacts business results, not just knowledge
