Training Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Building and developing a company-wide training system (sales, service, back office)
  • Developing and implementing training programs tailored to real-world business challenges
  • Conducting training sessions, workshops, and hands-on sessions
  • Evaluating training effectiveness
  • Working with managers: developing management and leadership skills
  • Fostering a culture of continuous learning

Requirements:

  • Understanding of L&D / T&D
  • Experience developing training programs from scratch
  • Ability to structure complex topics and explain them simply
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to work with diverse audiences: from operators to executives
  • Experience working in telecom companies, banks, or fintech is a plus
  • Understanding of customer service, sales, and operational processes
  • Experience working with KPIs: NPS, SLA, sales, retention
  • Experience training in fast-growing or service-oriented companies
  • Understanding of how training impacts business results, not just knowledge
