Painter-finisher

Responsibilities:

The specialist must know:

• technology of surface preparation for finishing works;

• types, properties and areas of application of paints and varnishes, primers, putties, plaster and decorative compositions;

• methods of painting, filling , grinding, priming and decorative finishing of surfaces;

• requirements for the quality of painting and finishing works;

• rules for the preparation and use of building solutions and finishing mixtures;

• the design and operating rules of hand, electric and mechanized tools;

• rules for reading simple construction drawings;

• requirements for labor protection, fire safety and industrial sanitation.

Requirements:

A painter-finisher must be able to:

• prepare surfaces (cleaning, leveling, filling , sanding, priming);

• paint walls, ceilings, facades, metal and wooden structures with various types of paints;

• apply decorative coatings if necessary;

• perform local repairs of painted and finished surfaces;

• use hand, electric and mechanized tools;

• determine the consumption of materials and use them rationally;

• identify and eliminate defects in finishing coatings;

• comply with the technology for performing work and requirements for the quality of finishing. 

Conditions:

• Opening hours: 5/2 9:00-18:00;

• Timely payment of wages.

• Civil law contract for 3 months.
