Responsibilities:
- Organizes and coordinates visits by contractor representatives to the company.
- Identifies suppliers and evaluates new proposals from suppliers
- Conducts effective procurement procedures (via electronic platforms such as xt-xarid.uz/; xarid.uzex.uz/; new.cooperation.uz/), providing the Customer with high-quality goods, works, and services at the lowest possible cost, achieving the target and/or maximum possible level of savings.
- Coordinates procurement activities with internal customers (clarifies the technical specifications for procurement, reviews the technical specifications for procurement within the scope of their authority).
- Conducts negotiations on all new contracts for the Company’s needs within the scope of their authority;
- Search for new suppliers, review and analyze proposals;
- Conduct market analysis to clarify product requirements and identify potential suppliers;
- Ensure the necessary level of savings based on the results of procurement procedures;
- Carry out tasks assigned by management;
- Manage the department’s document flow.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree;
- Contract management skills;
- Fluency in russian and uzbek;
- A responsible and systematic approach to problem-solving;
- Ability to manage document flow and conduct negotiations.
