Procurement Management and Support Specialist.

Responsibilities:

  • Organizes and coordinates visits by contractor representatives to the company.
  • Identifies suppliers and evaluates new proposals from suppliers
  • Conducts effective procurement procedures (via electronic platforms such as xt-xarid.uz/; xarid.uzex.uz/; new.cooperation.uz/), providing the Customer with high-quality goods, works, and services at the lowest possible cost, achieving the target and/or maximum possible level of savings.
  • Coordinates procurement activities with internal customers (clarifies the technical specifications for procurement, reviews the technical specifications for procurement within the scope of their authority).
  • Conducts negotiations on all new contracts for the Company’s needs within the scope of their authority;
  • Search for new suppliers, review and analyze proposals;
  • Conduct market analysis to clarify product requirements and identify potential suppliers;
  • Ensure the necessary level of savings based on the results of procurement procedures;
  • Carry out tasks assigned by management;
  • Manage the department’s document flow.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • Contract management skills;
  • Fluency in russian and uzbek;
  • A responsible and systematic approach to problem-solving;
  • Ability to manage document flow and conduct negotiations.
