Responsibilities:

Carrying out measuring work, calculating the volume of necessary repair and restoration work, followed by preparing a defect report based on the data obtained.

Carrying out regular monitoring of the compliance and quality of construction, installation and repair work performed by contractors, used building materials, products, structures and equipment with design solutions, requirements of building codes and regulations.

Requirements:

Higher education (ICC engineer, architectural-construction);

At least 2 years of work experience (PTD engineer, estimator, technical supervision engineer);

Knowledge of urban planning norms and rules in the field of construction, reconstruction, repair and operation of buildings and structures;

Experienced user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point), TnQurilish, working with formulas, macros, arrays, graphs
