The specialized unit of cybersecurity experts, using advanced software, conducts round-the-clock monitoring and protection of IT infrastructure against cyber threats.

Within 2025, our specialists successfully repelled over 10,000 DDoS attacks of varying intensity, including more than 180 critical ones. Over 68 thousand phishing links and fraudulent websites were blocked, and 3 unauthorized access attempts to the network infrastructure were completely thwarted.

The protection measures are being actively provisioned and improved this year as well. In February, during the monitoring of security systems, unauthorized access was detected on one of the company's test servers that was not connected to the main systems. The server was immediately isolated resulting the incident to be successfully contained.

Corparate systems storing subscriber information, including personal and financial data, are in a fully protected zone. No traces of intrusion were found there. Services have not been disrupted, and no leakage of customers' personal data has occurred.

Currently, the company, in cooperation with the responsible authorities, is in process of extended investigation of the incident and implementing a set of additional measures to enhance the protection of data systems.
