Due to work being carried out to replace the existing USPP HLR/HSS equipment (versions v4/v5) with new USPP HLR/HSS equipment (version v7), followed by the migration of the subscriber base to the new HLR/HSS equipment, from 20:00 on September 22, 2026, to 06:00 on September 23, 2026, there may be delays in subscriber service, as well as temporary delays and brief interruptions in the provision of certain communication services to subscribers across the entire «UMS» LLC network.
