- Monitors the implementation by employees of the assigned department of service level agreements and operational service levels;
- Takes part in the formation of the strategy of UMS LLC in the field of information technology as an integral part of the business strategy of UMS LLC, as well as the information security of IT resources;
- Organizes work on the implementation and modification of application systems and IT infrastructure at UMS LLC;
- Organizes the operation of billing and application systems and IT infrastructure at UMS LLC;
- Monitors the activities of employees, assigned departments, and the organization of remote support for end users and workstations.
- Manages the functions of the IT Department in the launch of new services, products, tariff plans, marketing promotions, etc.;
- Manages the implementation of routine maintenance on information systems within the area of responsibility of the Department;
- Manages the troubleshooting of system functionality within the department’s area of responsibility;
- Heads the work of studying and analyzing the information services market in order to provide all business processes of UMS LLC with modern information technologies;
- Manages the research of the organization’s business processes in order to determine the feasibility of their automation.
