Supervised issues:
- Organizing the most efficient IT support for business processes and business users, rational use of IT resources to improve the effectiveness of key business processes while minimizing support costs;
- Ensuring the development, implementation, and application of modern, advanced electronic, information-analytical systems and information technologies in various areas of the Company's activities;
- Ensuring full support and involvement of IT department employees in the process of preparing technical specifications and cost-benefit analyses for the developed (purchased) software (applications) for other structural divisions of the Company;
- Formation of a unified information space of the Company;
- Ensuring the uninterrupted and correct operation of the Company's IT systems (including security and protection systems, which fall under the responsibility of the IT Department);
- Ensuring the prompt restoration of IT system functionality, as well as taking immediate action to resolve any failures, errors, and disruptions that occur during operation.
