Supervised issues
- Carrying out ongoing management of the group’s activities.
- Accounting and ensuring the process of receiving, registering and considering appeals from individuals and legal entities received through government agencies by UMS LLC, in accordance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan «On Appeals from Individuals and Legal Entities»
- Carrying out accounting and execution of the process of receiving, registering and considering applications from individuals and legal entities received by the Virtual Reception of the General Director of UMS LLC.
- Preparation of reports to the Ministry for the Development of Information Technologies and Communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the State Inspectorate for Control in the Sphere of Informatization and Telecommunications of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the timing and number of applications considered.
- Preparation of responses to requests from individuals and legal entities received through government agencies to the regional COs of UMS LLC.
- Interacts with other divisions of UMS LLC, external enterprises, organizations, institutions and their divisions on issues of its competence.
