- Organizes and plans the work of the compliance department
- Ensures compliance of the Company’s activities with legal requirements;
- Ensures compliance of the Company’s local acts with the regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
- Identifies and assesses potential corruption risks, risks of violation of competition law requirements, and also takes measures to manage them;
- Develops and implements compliance standards and policies;
- Implements a comprehensive compliance system in the Company that meets international standards;
- Carries out verification of legal entities and individuals — counterparties for reliability, solvency, integrity, absence of conflicts of interest;
- Takes measures to reduce the risk of concluding contracts with improper execution;
- Takes measures aimed at preventing violations of the requirements of
anti-corruption legislation and antimonopoly legislation; - Exercises control over the effective operation of the Company’s
anti-corruption andanti-monopoly measures; - Cooperates with government bodies and organizations engaged in
anti-corruption activities, and antimonopoly authorities.
