Supervised issues:
- Organizes and manages the activities of the Legal Department of LLC «UMS»;
- Ensures compliance with the law in the activities of LLC «UMS» and protects its legal interests;
- Participates in the development and implementation of measures to strengthen contract, financial, and labor discipline, as well as ensure the protection of LLC «UMS» property;
- Participates in the process of concluding commercial contracts, conducting their legal review, developing the terms of collective agreements, and addressing issues related to receivables and payables;
- Ensures the achievement of established key performance indicators, strategic goals, and objectives set by the General Director of LLC «UMS», as well as the implementation of orders and instructions from
higher-level organizations in accordance with legal requirements.
