Leading Specialist of FG Recruitment (Temporary Position)

Responsibilities:

participates in the development and implementation of regulatory documents in the field of personnel selection and adaptation;

searches for personnel for open vacancies within the company and on the external market;

develops and conducts assessment procedures in accordance with the regulations of the selection process;

develops methods (tests, cases, exercises, etc.) and organizes the process of conducting assessment centers.

Requirements:

higher education (preferably in the field of psychology, social psychology);

more than 2 years of work experience in the field of personnel selection/HR work;

knowledge of Russian and Uzbek languages.
