Supervised issues
- Organizes the work of the Technical department;
- Ensures compliance of the technology strategy with the business strategy of UMS LLC, linking the technology strategy and IT strategy with marketing plans and strategies of functional units.
- Ensures the development and operation of the UMS LLC network, including the radio access network, switching subsystem, transport subsystem, IT infrastructure and service platforms.
- Organizes the participation of the technical unit in the financial planning and budgeting processes of UMS LLC.
- Monitors the implementation of key performance indicators in his area of responsibility.
- Organizes the acceptance into operation of completed construction projects and preparation of the necessary technical documentation.
- Participates in the work of commissions for the acceptance of construction projects and their commissioning.
- Provides a unified approach at UMS LLC to network quality management.
- Organizes interaction with structural divisions of UMS LLC on issues within the competence of the Technical department.
- Interacts with suppliers and contractors in order to assess the prospects for introducing new technologies, optimizing the conditions for purchasing equipment and services.
- Monitors the implementation of new technologies on the network of UMS LLC, in compliance with all standards
- Monitors the execution of the budget of the Technical department of UMS LLC.
- Organizes and ensures interaction with telecom operators and other interested parties in order to create a regime that is most favorable for the development of UMS LLC in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
- Carry out official assignments from the immediate or superior manager within the limits of official duties and authority.
- Complies with the rules and regulations established by internal regulatory documents (orders, instructions, instructions, regulations, this job description, etc.).
- Heads the organizational and technical work to create and ensure healthy and safe working conditions in the technical unit.
- Organizes the introduction of safe technological processes into production, takes measures to equip production facilities with devices and devices in accordance with standards.
