On October 22, 2018, some legislative acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan aimed at ensuring public safety were introduced and supplemented.
According to Art. 155 and 278 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan for illegal (unauthorized) access to the telecommunications network provides for punishment up to imprisonment from 3 to 5 years.
