Main job responsibilities:
Perform RRL planning and design work;
Participate in the planning and design of the transport network, and the development of the mobile network as a whole;
Monitor installation work in accordance with plans and working designs;
Monitor and verify the compliance of data on accounting for existing transport network equipment and analyze what is necessary for the development of the network;
Preparation of technical specifications for the purchase of transport network equipment;
Preparation of technical specifications for the design of facilities and communication networks;
Preparation of technical specifications for the selection of a contractor to carry out work to implement the design solution.
Requirements:
Higher technical or secondary technical education;
At least 3 years of work experience in the telecommunications field;
Knowledge of building cellular communications and transport networks (RRL, BH/IPRAN);
Experience in planning, design, construction and legalization of RRL and communication facilities;
Knowledge of radio frequency management for building RRL;
Basic concepts, functions and applications of digital geographic information systems in RRL planning;
Knowledge of the technical characteristics and design features of antenna-mast structures and the basic principles of installation and operation of antenna-feeder devices;
Knowledge of the rules of business correspondence and ethics of business communication.
