Requirements:
Higher education
At least 5 years of experience in the field of planning and budgeting systems, in the KPI bonus system, knowledge of the methodology of compensation and benefits;
Skills in working with assessment, job grading, research, salary reviews;
Advanced PC user level (MSWord, MSExcel,1C, PowerPoint)
Main job responsibilities:
Analysis and control over the implementation of regulatory documents in the field of personnel remuneration;
Monitoring the implementation of the developed system of remuneration and motivation of company employees;
Monitoring of the labor market (review of wages, social package);
Organization and conduct of annual (annual and semi-annual) assessment of employee performance;
Calculation of bonuses for employees based on the results of semi-annual and annual performance assessments;
Maintaining a database for calculating employee bonuses and calculating bonuses in accordance with motivational, bonus schemes, KPIs and current regulatory documents of the Company;
Managing the budgeting process;
Additional motivation programs for employees;
Manages staff efficiency and headcount and is responsible for maintaining optimal cost levels.
