Training manager of the personnel training and development group

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in developing and conducting corporate trainings;

Knowledge of Uzbek and Russian languages;

Additional coaching education is encouraged;

Knowledge of teaching methods for adult audiences;

Excellent presentation and communication skills;

Ability to work with an audience; 

Personal qualities:

Striving for professional improvement;

Attentiveness;

Skill to work in team;

Learning ability;

Self-organization;

Systematicity

Main job responsibilities:

Assessment of staff training needs;

Drawing up a plan and recommendations for personnel training and development;

Development and implementation of training programs in accordance with the assigned objectives;

Organization and conduct of corporate trainings in accordance with corporate standards:

Analysis of training effectiveness and planning of the process of training and development of employees;

Maintaining reports on trainings conducted;

Pre-training and post-training diagnostics of group participants, measurement of dynamics (knowledge, skills, level of motivation) based on the results of the training.
