Leading Internal Communications Specialist

Responsibilities:

Participation in projects to develop the company’s HR brand;

Working with internal communications channels: internal website, newsletters, online activities;

Participation in the development of services on the corporate portal: writing articles, updating content;

Development and implementation of social projects;

Implementation and monitoring of activities to increase engagement and awareness

Planning and control of the organization of corporate and external events;

Preparation of training materials for HR projects: presentations, memos, courses;

Interaction with contractors: support of payments and document flow.

Requirements:

Higher education;

Experience in internal and corporate communications;

Experience in organizing corporate events;

Understanding of areas of focus (corporate culture, employer brand, newsletters);

Confident user of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Canva.
