The company took first place in the “Telecommunications Services” category and received the “Consumer Trust” quality mark.

The award was presented to the mobile operator by the Committee for the Development of Competition and Protection of Consumer Rights of the Republic of Uzbekistan based on the results of the competition “Best Enterprise for Ensuring Consumer Rights.” The competition was timed to coincide with World Consumer Rights Day.

The winners of the competition are determined based on  a number of criteria . A consumer vote was held. The availability of complete information about products and services on the websites of competition participants was checked. The state of work with consumer requests has been studied. The quality of service was assessed using the “secret shopper” method. An analysis of the requests received by the committee regarding the activities of the competition participants was carried out and public opinion on social networks was studied.

As a result, Mobiuz won first place in the “Telecommunications Services” nomination.
