Mobiuz internal conference was held in Tashkent city with participation of heads of divisions, regional Service Centers and heads of regional Technical Departments.

The results of the company's development in 2023 were critically analyzed and global plans for 2024 were discussed. Reports from the Finance, Technical, Sales and Marketing, Human Resources, Compliance, Trade Union Committee, and Public Relations teams were heard. Opinions were exchanged on further optimization of business processes, accelerated technical and commercial development.

The contribution of the teams of Service Centers in Samarkand, Andijan, Shakhrisabz and Jizzak for their effective work in commercial and technical development was noted. Diplomas of honor and monetary certificates were awarded to the managers.

Within the framework of the conference the Personnel Training and Development Department conducted a training aimed at improving managerial abilities, level of responsibility for decisions made, team building.
