Supervised issues
- Manages the activities of the Financial Department of UMS LLC, determines the financial policy of the Company.
- Plans the effective distribution of available resources of the Financial Department of UMS LLC.
- Ensures control over compliance with financial discipline, timely and complete fulfillment of contractual obligations and receipt of income, the procedure for processing financial and economic transactions with suppliers, customers, credit institutions, as well as transactions in foreign economic activity;
- Provides leadership over the preparation of
long-term and current financial plans and cash budgets, indicators of the approved budget system, and ensures control over their implementation; - Organizes the preparation of financial statements of UMS LLC in accordance with National Accounting Standards (NAS), or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Forms principles and methodologies for assessing business risks, consolidates information on risks at the level of UMS LLC.
- Develops and tests effective internal control systems at UMS LLC.
- Manages cash flow.
- Represents the interests of UMS LLC in relations with government bodies monitoring compliance with currency legislation, as well as legislation on taxes and fees and other obligatory payments.
- Participates in determining the principles of corporate development and investment policy.
- Ensures compliance with the Company’s code of ethics in the assigned department.
- Periodically evaluates the quality of work performed by subordinates in accordance with the regulatory documents in force at UMS LLC, regularly evaluates employees, and provides feedback.
- Sets goals and objectives for the heads of structural divisions of the Financial Department of UMS LLC.
- Carry out official assignments from the immediate supervisor within the limits of job responsibilities and authority.
