Supervised issues
- Manages the activities of UMS LLC
- Ensures compliance with the requirements of the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as other regulations at UMS LLC
- Organizes the implementation of the founders’ decisions and submits reports on their implementation;
- Organizes the presentation of reports on the company;
- Organizes other responsibilities assigned to it by the founders;
- Works on behalf of the Company, represents its interests in government bodies of the Republic of Uzbekistan and other states, enterprises, organizations and institutions
- Monitors and coordinates the work of UMS LLC with government authorities, ministries and departments, law enforcement agencies of the Republic of Uzbekistan, interacts with the listed bodies to effectively and efficiently solve assigned tasks;
- Takes effective measures to unconditionally ensure the achievement of the Company’s forecast indicators
- Takes measures to prevent corruption and other offenses at UMS LLC in accordance with the requirements established by law;
- Organizes effective work to consider applications from individuals and legal entities, establishes a direct and open dialogue with the population, systematically conducts personal receptions, including
on-site receptions of individuals and representatives of legal entities; - Approves the organizational structure and contracts with employees, draws up employment contracts with the company’s employees and terminates them, applies incentives and disciplinary sanctions to employees, issues orders and instructions that are binding on all employees of the company;
- Supervises the execution of instructions, orders, instructions and other directive documents of public authorities and management;
- Coordinates work to ensure information security on telecommunications and data transmission networks, protection of information systems and resources of the Company, as well as the implementation of effective means and methods of information protection taking into account modern requirements;
- The General Director of the Company is accountable to the Sole Founder and the Supervisory Board and is responsible for carrying out the activities of the Company and fulfilling the tasks and assignments assigned to him.
